Classes are designed to help create a harmonious relationship between dog and owner with the use of consistent obedience and respect. Below is a list of the different classes offered. Super-Pup For Puppies 8-20 weeks old
Super-Pup will give your young puppy the right start in life. Simple, basic obedience commands are taught with unforced motivational techniques that instill respect for owners and pleasure in obeying. Enjoyable opportunities to socialize with both human and canine classmates provide the chance to learn to be outgoing and friendly in all social environments. Age-appropriate, low-stress physical challenges build self-confidence without danger of injury.

Beginners: Age 5 months and up
This class teaches owners and their dogs the basics which make dog owning a pleasure and help with the desire to become a responsible dog owner. Heel, sit, down, stay and come when called are all taught on a lead. Standing for grooming or the vet is a skill which will make your pet a star with the professional helpers who keep them healthy and beautiful.

Intermediate: Graduates of Beginners Class
This class builds on the foundation of the Beginners class. All the exercises above are expanded to include off-leash competence. This class puts the “companion” in companion. Hand signals and handler-out-of-sight understanding begin for the dog.

Advanced: Dogs with reliable off-leash skills
This class polishes the Intermediate skills and prepares dog and handler for competition in AKC and UKC competition. New skills include scent work and directed retrieve.

Behavioral Problems Dogs with specific issues, such as chewing.
Behavioral problems can be frustrating. But at Reward, we see them as a challenge. We provide private lessons for owner and dog for such problems as biting, chewing, running away, jumping, digging, etc.
